yes people do tend to get grouchy when they don't get the number of hours of sleep that they are used to.

They say you should get 8-10 hours of sleep a night. I would like to know who came up with this idea. What kind of life do they live. I personally get around 5 hours of sleep a night. I function just fine. The question is how do you feel? Do you feel rested? can you go through the whole day with no naps? if so then your fine. If your often tired maybe another hour would do you some good.

well your meant to get 7 hours sleep otherwise your mind wil stil be active in the subconcience what i heard .

It's not enough for me but then again, we are all different. Some people say they can get by easily with only 5-6 hours of sleep per night but then again, they are usually quite fat people. You need your sleep to recover from the day. I need about 10 hours per night, but of course I don't get it.

if u need complete rest sleep for 6-7hrs and not more than that...u shall strain urself only....

I also only get about 5-6 hours worth of sleep. I also think that it depends on the person. I know that, for the most part, I am good with only a little bit of sleep. But, on the other hand, I know others who think that I am crazy for not sleeping more.
