How can i ask a girl out?

Ok, Asking a girl out....umm now that can be done several different ways. I AM a girl so i would say the best thing you can do is call her or go to her. IN PRIVATE because if you do it around other people she may feel pressured and THAT is a turn off. So...you got her in private. Simply tell her a few good things about herself i dont mean oh you smell nice or man your eyes are pretty. THOSE things are very nice but if you wanna make a REAL connection tell your lady how kind and special she is. Tell her about how smart and witty you think she is. Or something of that nature and THEN you say........"these are the things that have attracted me to you,I would really like to get to know you more....can I buy you dinner" or something along those lines.
