Have you ever taken any kind of drugs to sleep if you are not getting sleep?if yes what kind of drug you have taken and how much of dosage you have used?who suggested you for that?

I would advise you not to take any sleeping pill without consulting a qualified doctor. No i have never needed to take any sleeping pill because i never had problem of sleeping and one sleeping pill i know off is Calmpose 5mg.. it is not OTC but in India you can always get any medicine you want otc. Another is velium again 2.5 mg and 5 mg but please donot take them without doctor's advise.
