The most descriptive book to view the meaning of the world begining "A Brief History Of time" is really good from the the writer stephen K.Hawking.Noever had tried to write the history of time with the help of scientific facts but do you know from which part of this world the time begins to be in its existence?

It is very clearly the writer had tried to depict the begining of the creation,ie.the starting point of Evolution of the Universe and how the changes on it kept on transforming and due to this phenomena what we have today's Universe. He has said in the begining,ie.before this Universe came into existence ,million million years of time ago(actually it is hard to calculate that time of years)these all the big masses which are now scattering in the infinite space were once assembled in one point what he said it"Singularity" and after a interval of time there occured a bang which caused these masses to move far from each other and since there is possibility to scattered ,they kept on moving farther and farther. Not only this but also, all these big masses what we see in this space are still moving farther from each other that's why he concluded this Universe is expanding day by day. The description what he tried to clarify from the begining of the creation up to this contemporary stage is the calculation of time by his theory. The time period from that stage to this stage and the event occurred simultaneously in between is what brief history of time.

I totally agee with u that the book does tell the History of the Universe, how it was created, its present & the future. But what was the intention of the writer? It is not to tell the history of time but to make the common people aware of the concept of time. What time is in the scientific world? So as I think the book mainly aims on this & not tellinf the fact how Universe was created etc. If it was so then what was the need of writing the 2nd last chapter Unification of physics. I think the book mainly intend to make the common people aware of the scientific terms in a laymann language.
