Yes this is so funny. I remember deciding to run away and I went and put on my checkers raincoat with an unbrella and a napsak with some of my stuff in it. I went as far as the stairs outside. I sat there for awhile with no place to go. I then started to cry and went to the door but my mom wouldn't let me in. She made me stay outside for awhile so I could learn a lesson.

Lol yes I tried to run away once as a kid (actually I was a teenager). I had gotten in some big trouble for stealing something at a store and after a big argument with my parents I just ran out of the house in the middle of the night and started walking. I intended on going to the nearest Greyhound station and traveling to NYC to live with a friend who lived out there. But, after about a mile of walking I realized how dumb my plan was and turned around and went home haha.

I got as far as packing my little suitcase... I remember I had put in a change of underwear/socks and my favourite little shorts set... even though it didnt fit anymore. My mum came into the room and asked what I was doing & I sighed, said "Its no good. I just can't do it to you" & unpacked.

No I never ran away nor did I even consider the notion I guess in our little island that is not our culture and in addtion where would you go when chances are anywhere you go there is a high possibilty that someone will see you adn bring you back and then thats when all hell will break loose with your mom .In addition things were ok at my home I just never had a reason to leave such comfort to the uncertainty of life on my own

Me and my sister ran away when we were a child. My father was very angry at us and he wants to punish us so we ran away because we were really scared. My mother seen us in a nearby store, waiting for her. I remember when we were brought home by my mother, she and my father had a fight.

hi jugsjugs wow you have a lot of discussions. yep I did run away more like I wanted to see the kind of people who lived in
a silo, on the next farm. so me and my dog started to walk and walk and walk. in the middle of the field we met an old'
cow but I thought it was a bull. I got scared and started to cry
and the farmer heard my dog barking. he came to see what was going on and he took me to their house. when i told him I wanted to see the silo they lived in he laughed. no he said we do not live in the silo. someone was just making fun with you. they fed me milk and cookies then drove me home. mymom was just going bananas as she could not find me anywhere.she was so glad to see me she did not spank me. she said wait til your father gets home but by the time he got home I was in bed asleep.he was the towns only doctor.

Yes. Once when I was about eight years old. Ran away across town to my grandmothers. I walked all the way across town. Then when I was about fourteen or fifteen my girlfriend at the time and i planned a runaway so we could see the world and didn't have to go to school. This was the same girlfriend that about five years later we both went to visit our Civics teacher about seven months along.

Yes I ran away when I was a child and I can say that that was one of the foolish thing I did in my life. Children usually ran away when scolded by their parents after doing a certain bad thing but I don't think is good. Because the child may go into a more bad situation than when he is at home.

I think i did several times but only for about half hour and went back home, not enough time for anyone to know, lol. As children we always think that our lives are so bad but really they are not. Now i have my own children i now know the worries i put my parents through.
