Hey, hows your foliage where you live? Been on a foliage trip this season? I haven't yet...though it's getting past peak in Northern New England, USA. In my area we are just getting to the good colors as I am only 25 miles from the coast but it's all good. I love the color of the leaves in the fall. I think Vermont is usually the best for photography...though there are great spots in my home town...Bridgewater, Ma. Well let me know how it is in your area or if you went somewhere good.
Brightest blessings,
Mari

Was up in the Colorado Rockies a couple of weeks ago, the color was just about to peak, but here all they have is golden aspens, not as colorful as New England's.

Well Aspens are quite pretty...but they do look better with orange and red mixed in...lol I just went to Plymouth Ma today to look at the harbor seals that come in the fall. There is still a lot of foliage just about getting to peak there. I am about 20 miles north and ours is peak and past and bare depending on the area...lol We have had a couple of rain and wind storms the past week so lots of leaves have fallen...it's still looking pretty though. Today there was a really pretty sunset with orange and turquoise...it was really pretty.
I bet the Rockies were beautiful.

I live in Europe on the edge of a coastal town and my house overlooks the countryside's green fields. It is autumn time at the moment so the leaves are falling from the trees. The leaves turn brown and then drop off. On the ground they look bronzed and golden. It looks a really pretty scene. I have been out on walks to see all the foliage this autumn time and it has been very enjoyable.

That's wonderful, I have great foliage trees filling my back yard. Unfortunately just as they are full of color....we had a storm and now many of the leaves have fallen...well there's nice color on the ground.....lol

We were in Missouri this weekend, but I did not think that many of the trees had fully turned. In town just yesterday and today it looks as if the trees finally got the message. I have been watching certain trees in town.

This is my favorfite time of the year! A month or so ago, hubby and I got in the truck and drove to Northwest Arkansas to Fayetteville to go to a football game. The highway between here and there goes through some beautiful mountainous areas and the trees were absolutely gorgeous! I'm including a picture that I took of some of the trees.

When we lived up North we went on one each Fall. Now that we are in Florida, the foliage doesn't really change a whole lot.
