This makes no sense!

I know I'm still getting responses to discussions and making money! Well, actually, you don't get money just from getting responses to your discussion. The people that posted on your discussion gets the money. If THEY posted something, then THEY will get the money for THEIR work. So, when you make the discussion, you get money for starting it, and you get the money for all the comments you make on it, but not for just getting responses. You have to do something, too! When you get back on mylot, hopefully you can start commenting on your discussions!

If you are not here posting YOU do not earn - simple! You do not earn for what others post - THEY do! If you post a discussion and someone responds to it then the earnings for that post go to them, not to anyone else as it is their work and it was them who typed and submitted the post. If we do not post we do not earn anything - even if our discussions get hundresd of responses. If you want to earn from your own discussions then you must go and comment on all those responses that they received

From what I and many others here have seen, is they do not reward you here in myLot unless you are actively posting here each day, or starting a New discussion as well. I know it may seem unfair but they have to do this to reward you only if you are active. So the Best way to earn here when you cannot be active is START more New discussions even if you cannot be that active and see if that makes a difference for you as well.

It still gets stored into the computer. I wasn't on here for a long time, same thing happened. As long as someone is responding to a post of yours, you will earn. Regardless if you have a computer or not.

I have no idea why your earnings have not updated since Friday. I have never earned any money from Mylot when I do not post every day or respond to discussions. I have to post every day here to earn something whether someone responds to me or not. That may be the problem. Does it say $0.00 or has it not updated at all for you?

hi blue, well i dont know why your earning are not being updated but mine has been though it was only 2 cents yesterday. As far as i know or what i have read in various discussions here that you dont get paid on your discussions unless u answer the responses back and only you earn for your activity and not from the responses of others on your discussion.. i might be wrong since you are much senior to me here. but thats what i have read on various discussion on topic Mylot.

You actually don't earn from responses to your discussions after the first couple unless you are replying to them. I am guessing that is what the problem is. I hope you get your computer soon. Going to the library or borrowing someone elses computer is not the same at all.

hi blue65packer I did not get yesterdays earnings updated either so I do not know why. usually mylot is pretty much on the ball but sometimes they do not show earnings for one or even two days so I have no idea why they do this way.I feel for you it is no fun not having your computer. hope you get it fixed sooner than soon.

I am sorry to say, but if you don't comment back to the responses you receive, then you won't get anything. Some people seem to think that all they have to do is start a discusson, and leave it go at that, and not do anything else. Well, if they want to earn, they certainly do need to comment back. I know that some are way to busy nd can't comment back like they would like to, and others, just think they will get pad no matter what. It just doesn't work that way. So, in esene, you won't earn from your responses, unless you comment back, plain and simple. I hope this has helped you understand what you need to do to earn. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I do not understand the last couple of responses to this. You DO NOT make money from other people responding to your discussions. You ONLY make money for the things which YOU POST. Therefore if you are away from your computer, and do not post anything, you do not earn anything. Your discussions are NOT earning for you even while you are not on mylot. If someone types a response to one of your discussions THEY earn for what they have posted. Basically people want paying for doing nothing!

You have posted your concern about earning updates but I notice you have only responded to one reply - so on this discussion so far you will only earn for your original post and your one reply. As everyone said, you only get paid for what YOU POST. So if you are away from the computer and not posting for three days, you don't get paid for three days because you are NOT DOING ANYTHING !!!

dear you have to post response on other discussion so you will make money dont think that you will get response and get paid buddy do something extra making money is not easy task you know i use to post response atleast 500 dail so i can make $150 per month without strating my own discussion

If you don't post you don't earn, however I do think you earn for best responses, an having posts rated higher.

Yeah man.. this is really a bad thing of mylot. I mean there could be any problem one can face which could become the cause of not coming online. In that way one can lose lot of money if he doesnt come. We have to response on this problem to the mylot admins. what you say?
