What is your favorite sleeping position? Are you a side sleeper, back sleeper, or stomach sleeper? I try many positions during the night, but I usually end up on either my side or my back. I know that when I was small I was a confirmed back sleeper. What about you? Which sleep position is your favorite?

After a car accident when I was eighteen, sleeping on my back became the position I was most likely to wake up in less pain. Before that I liked to sleep on my stomach. Now I end up on my back, with a neck pillow. My neck and back are messed up, so I really just try the least painful sleeping position.

Eh, I'm okay. Although the back surgery I had yesterday was because of the damage the car wreck did. Twenty-eight now and I need a new back and neck. lol

I'm more comfortable sleeping on my left side or stomach turned to the left for some reason. I have been waking up on my back lately though for some strange reason.

I do not have the habit of putting a pillow as support for my head. So I find it difficult to sleep side wise as it requires a pillow. But when there is a pillow, I often sleep side and I often sleep on my back. Of course I find that I am automatically removing the pillow when I turn to my back. I like to sleep on my stomach but I have to turn my head side which irritates my neck.

I like to sleep on my side with a body pillow between my legs, that helps me stay aligned while I sleep. I don't like the temperedic stuff because it is too hot, an I don't like the way it feels.

This is a good discussion and I know that everyone has to sleep in order to rest their bodies and have the energy to get things done each and every day,and I know that different people sleep in different positions, and that everyone is different which is a good thing if you ask me,and when it comes to me I usually like to sleep on my back,or I like to sleep on my left side facing the wall, because that has always been my most comfortable position, and I always seem to sleep better when I am laying on my side and I have never figured out why and sometimes I will sleep on my right side and snuggle with my wife, have a great day, good luck with your life, and all of your mylotting goals, and Happy Posting.

I am a side sleeper and have been for as long as I can remember. Usually I end up on my left side, but I can sleep on either. I like to be curled up and wrapped tight in the blankets. Just thinking about sleep makes me want to take a nap!

My favorite position to go to sleep is on my side,as i find it easier to breath. When ever i was pregnant i slept on my back as i found that more comfortable then laying on my side.

I think I like sleeping on my back the most, but I go to sleep on my stomach or on the side most of the times. I think I just move to lay on my back during my sleep...

I usually sleep on my right side. If my back hurts or my shoulder then I sleep on my stomach. Other times it's whatever makes me comfortable so I can sleep.

I almost always sleep on my side, hugging something (usually a pillow). I generally start out on my left while I do my pre-sleep reading, turn over a few times (unless I'm really tired), and wind up actually sleeping on my right. I like to hug something while I sleep because I have a broad back and a heavy chest (I'm a bit overweight and genetically big-chested) and the pillow supports my 'up' shoulder and keeps my shoulders from hunching over while I sleep. I find it hard to sleep on my back or worse, stomach, though sometimes if I'm not hugging my pillow I wind up partly on side, partly on stomach. :)
