What are the things to remember in setting up a legal PTC site that lasts?

Hy myLotters, I was introduced to PTC industry just early this month. At first, I was excited about the idea of earning a lot by just signing up and being active to hundreds of PTC sites out there. Sadly, after reviewing 85 PTC sites from different forums, discussions, and blogs, only NeoBux got my membership. Most PTC sites turned into SCAM only after a few months of operation while some of the legit PTC sites are limited to a few countries which Philippines is not included. Having an entrepreneurial mindset, I immediately thought of setting up my own PTC site to earn more instead of just being an active member of other PTC sites which I'm not sure until when they will exist and pay their members. Then I found Aurora and Buxhost. Most reviews I read were in favor of Aurora than BuxHost because the former had less scam rate. Do you know other sites aside from those two I mentioned? Also, I would highly appreciate it if anyone could share his or her knowledge about the step-by-step process in setting up a legal PTC site, ways to attract more advertisers, and risks for PTC site owners.
