Defintely eggs are animal products but i think about below 1% people are pure vegetarians coz most of the vegetarians drink milk and tht is also an animal product...Many things we use in our life are made of animal products so wht about tht???Hmmm. So the people showing tht they dont eat aggs coz they are pure vegetarian and all tht, they shouldnt do tht....

A fertilized egg is formed by the union of the male and female animal and is considered as non-veg. Most staunch Hindu vegetarians consider it as non-veg and don't eat it.
However, its is all a matter of perspective, if you are a vegetarian but have no issues eating eggs, go right ahead. Vegans will not eat eggs though.
I am a vegetarian (not a vegan) and I don't eat eggs.
