I have always wanted to ask people that smoke. How do you feel about the law that says you can't smoke in a public place? I don't wanna sound mean. But I love it. I would like to go out to a place and bring my child and not have to worry about him getting second hand smoke before he turns 1. I feel if you need to smoke, be polite and go outside. How do you feel, smokers and non smokers

I totally agree with you. It should not be done in public. They should smoke somewhere else where non smokers are nowhere in the vicinity. That way there will be no conflict of interest. The smokers are happy and non smokers are also happy.

I smoke, and i understand why you as a non-smoker would love the law. And, honestly, in a restaurant I have no problem not smoking. Where i have a problem is at bars. A lot of people who don't normally smoke, smoke when they drink, and bars are expected to be that way. I hate having to go out into 30 degree whether at a bar where two years ago i was able to smoke. But I totally get your point of view. I have two kids, and I try everything in my power not to smoke around them. My son always wants to come outside with me when I do. He is 4 and I make him stand as far away from me as possible. Smoke shouldn't be around children. They don't have a choice like adults do

Well I don't go to bars so I don't have a problem with that lol. But my dad use to be a heavy smoker, he quit about 8 years ago. But my mom asked him to smoke outside because I had asthma and so did she. I didn't like the smell of smoke but I really didn't like the fact that he had to stand outside...but thanks for your comment!

smoking in public is not very good, because it cause some sickness to the people around you, and also to the one smoking. Sometimes there are some places that you can smoke. There should be a place where you can smoke but not all the places you should smoke especially in a public vehicles its not necessary to smoke in public.
