every now and again there is an add to the side here in mylot about how to lose x amount of weight or trim that stomach rock hard, ive had a quick look before on a different site, and as usuall you have to pay! so has anyone actually paid? better yet, does it actually work? and even better yet still, whats the secret? or cant i ask that\get responses for that?
