Can SQIPCOM earn big money?

Sqip is not only about peps it is also about lotteries and third party earning opportunities they are affiliate of, they get money from us signing up for those programs. Unfortunately becoming member of those programs is quite expensive. One program costed 50 dollars for the first level and 400 bucks for all levels. The other costed 250 dollars. For both programs you need referrals otherwise you don't make money. I doubt however that you'll get much referrals because it requires an initial investment. I am considering joining those programs but I am not sure yet. One of the obstacles I am facing is that referral issue. As for the peps, I have 148 of them. And yes it is true. If you want to qualify you need to have 103 peps. I am willing to sell my account for 500 dollars, I understand that this is a huge amount of money but with those 148 peps you have a big advantage in their new 'freedom' program. I don't understand the concept of this site from the beginning. I don't like to read the terms also as the are updating them everyday. I have 144 PEPs in my account. At the beginning, I promoted this site and got only four referrals.in my down line..One of my down line member who is good in getting referrals I think, have got 40 referrals in his down line. So my PEP value also increased. But I don't know as what to do with this PEPs. I have asked many online members and no one is having any clear idea..confusing..Though I have interest to invest in this site, how to make investment without knowing anything about them and their procedure?
