do your kids still doing trick or treat on hallowen?

Where are you located? My kids go and we have fun. When we get home, we watch horror/scary movies alllll night with popcorn, hot chocolate and sort through the candies. I'm really starting to enjoy this time of year because before my mother/father permitted me to participate while I was growing up. But I show my kids the fun side of Halloween..not the grimmy side.

Oh yes, my little one will be going trick or treating on Halloween night! (We are in the US). Luckily we still have the opportunity to do so . . . each year it seems less and less people are participating in giving out treats. So it's sometimes a long walk in between houses! There are also a lot of events around town for Halloween too which include trick or treating - like instead of going house to house, we can go store to store at the shopping mall for Halloween treats. And at our local gym, they will have "trunk or treat" where people will dress up and pass out candy from the trunk of their cars in the parking lot!

My kids are both teens now so they really dont do the whole trick or treating thing anymore..LOL though they do like to hit a couple of houses in town (their friends places LOL)....

Never experience trick or treat in my childhood days. I just went to the cemetery and pray for the dear departed.
