Exercise out doors as far as possible. There are two advantages of doing whatever you are doing out side. One advantage is that it gives your body a chance to get a lot of the much needed fresh air and sunshine. The second advantage is that the surroundings keep you perked up and it is a break form remaining cooped up all day lon

Trick No.1:Always eating breakfast
As you sleep, your metabolism shifts into low gear, and your morning meal is wake-up call that cranks it up into optimal calorie-burning mode.
Trick No.2:Having five or six small meals instead of "three suqares" a day.
Research has showm that your metabolism rises as you digest food,so having several small meals throughout the day keeps it high, allwoing you to burn more calories than you would otherwise.
Trkck No.3:Exercising like Oprah does
When you exercise, you rev up your metabolism-and it stays revved for up to seven hours. So when you get it started in the morning, you'll burn more calories all day long.

Hi crystallight,
These are some of my tips...
1) Dont eat deep fried things.
2) Dont drink fizzy drinks or packed juices.
3) Eat vegetables double the amount of rice.
4) There should be a gap of 4 hours between meals.
5) Eat 4 hours before you go to bed, maybe drink a glass of milk before actually sleeping.
6) Have low fat milk, use olive oil.
Try out....

hi there...some of the things that keep my weight normalized are drinking a glass of ice water before each meal, exercise off and on throughout each day, a few muscle strengthening exercise 2-3 times a week, as muscle burns more calories, even as one sits, than fat does, and going heavy on whole grains, fruits, veggies, and a bit of dark chocolate each day to satisfy my sweet tooth! Plus, dark chocolate has been proven to actually be healthy when eaten in moderation, yay!
Get enough sleep and drink 3 glasses of low-fat milk a day, too.

A friend of mine has only changed what she drinks and has started to lose weight already.Instead of drinking anything with sugar in she drinks water with a squeeze of lemon in it as well as ice cubes as that way it tastes better than plain water.Happy Mylotting.

If you want to lose weight you have to take in less calories than you use. If you watch what you eat - looking for hidden calories like salad dressing, gravy, olives just to name a few - try to eat non processed foods. Exercise smart. Get a heart monitor and keep your heart rate in the fat burning zone. Drink lots of water. Avoid all low cal and no cal foods, the chemicals and preservatives are not good for you. If you want a really good program, you can visit my website.
Don't forget to take vitamins. Read the serving size on everything and stick to it. Eat slowly and cut your food into very small pieces, this gives your stomach time to tell your brain that you aren't hungry anymore. Don't eat until your full, eat until you are not hungry. Stock up on healthy snacks like carrot sticks and celery. Have 2 or 3 small pieces of carrot or celery if you are hungry between meals. Drink lots of water.
Did I mention, drink lots of water.
