We all have installed the anti virus software in our system and everyday we are updating the software without fail, to protect our system and the data available in the system. Well. While browsing the websites,we used to come across various sites. Some of the sites contains virus and malicious codes and some of them are of poor reputation. In such case, if the anti virus is capable of finding the above virus and harmful codes, then its starts warning us to not to enter into the site. Even then we have the option to enter into the site neglecting the warning of the anti virus software. How many of you are just closing the sites once the software starts to warn us? Else will you enter into the site without caring the warning seriously? Especially the online earning sites are warned as "this site is of poor reputation, this will harm your computer..don't enter into the site". How do you take care of these warnings?

Following the instructions of the anti virus software is not possible for me always. As I am the member of many online sites, I have to enter into them. But the most of the anti virus software are blocking t many of such sites.Though I know well that it will harm the computer, I will enter into the sites..Just because of money..I used to format the system very often because of this. But it depend on the type of threat also. I will follow the instructions, if the threat level is more.In that case, I will not consider the earnings. As I have installed two anti virus software, most of the threats will be deleted , without giving any warning. Even then I am not able to maintain the sytem in good condition for a long time. Thanks for your response to this discussion.

It also depends on the anti-virus software that we're using. Some software are really that strict and over protecting our system even though there's only a minimal threat or nothing at all. They're just giving false positive results. Mine is just right. In fact, I don't usually receive warnings on pages I visited. It's like I'm allowed to visit all websites but if there's an attack of virus my anti-virus software will immediately block it. So far so good for me. Thank you too. Have a nice day. :)

Well, I hardly ever get warnings from my anti-virus because I feel I just can't take a chance running stupid Winblows. I don't even get warnings when I visit sites, though. I run Firefox and it has an add-on that disables javascript, but allows it for certain sites that you choose. Also, there are certain sites that I just don't trust and absolutely will NOT open them on Winblows. I use my laptop for that! I had a really old laptop that was running Linux and I felt it was safe enough to visit them on Linux since the majority of viruses are targeted at Winblows. I'm thinking my next computer will be a Mac.

It is clear that I am the only person to avoid the warnings..Almost all of the respondents are following the warnings of the anti virus software with care. But I will decide after knowing the type and level of threats. Most of the virus or the threats will be removed by my AV software, without my knowledge. Even if warns me, when I am about to enter some site, if it is the site of good earning to me, then I will enter into it.I will not consider the waring if the threat level is low..As I used to do so, I have to format my system very often.I am doing that with patience , as I need little money from the online sites. From such warnings, I have learned a lot about the virus and internet threats now. Thanks for your response.

It seems you are little resembling me in this ..But I will decide it after seeing the site and if the earnings from the sites can not be avoided and more, then I will enter into the site. But everyday, I will scan my whole computer once without fail as the number of websites with threats and my online activity is much more..I will update my anti virus software twice in a day..Even then we can not avoid all the threats available in the internet as everyday, the software programmers are creating new ones...Most of the anti virus software are raising warnings about the threats, if they are not much harm..If the threat level is more, then without asking our permission, they themselves will block or remove the threat or the virus from our computer..But most of the threats are only from the online money making websites...the other informative sites are harmless and safe. Thanks for sharing your views in this discussion.

Most of the anti virus software warns us if the site is about gambling or high yield investment programs..In that case, I will enter into the site without caring the warnings. But if I am warned as the site is downloading some malicious codes into our computer, then I will not enter into the site. But to know about that, I have entered into those sites also..But did not find anything harm ,immediately..If we continue to enter into such sites, then our system starts to hang very often, From then, I used to avoid entering such sites..Even if we take care at most, we can not avoid the virus from entering into our system. The virus programmer are highly advanced nowadays..The anti virus software vendors are not able to defend against them immediately..They have to analyze and to write to program to delete the virus program , after a long period..Thanks for your response to this discussion.

Yes.some of the software are preventing us from entering into the most of the websites . Mainly online money making websites contains such virus and malicious codes in them. As we need to enter into the sites, if we want to earn something form the sites, our systems are getting affected very easily. I have formatted my laptop because of the virus and other internet threats. I used to avoid the warnings in most of cases, if the earning from that site is more. If the threat level is high, then I will not enter into the sites, even if I have more earning opportunity there in that site.Even if we care of the warnings, we are not able to prevent all of the virus..Thanks for your participation in this discussion.

If the site is helping me to earn few cents, then I will enter into the site without considering the warnings. These anti virus software are preventing most of the online money making websites. If we follow all of the instructions ,then we may not be browse anything..Of course, these software are perfectly functioning as they are supposed to. But as the online earner, I am not able to follow all of them. But I will not mingle the online activities and my personal activities in the same computer.Even though I am not caring the warnings, I used to update it at least twice in a day.If the software blocks the virus or malicious threats itself, then there will not be any problem. Most of the software are not asking permission from us, if the threat is extremely bad..without asking us, they do their works...As I am active in many of the online sites, I am not able to loose the earnings from theses sites, because of the warnings. Thanks for your response to this discussion.

If it tells me not to go onto a particular site then I will take note of it, but if it tells me to stop a download from somewhere I know is safe then I ignore it and carry on downloading.
I've never got any viruses yet, so I like to think that my judgement is pretty much okay!

As the anti virus software are updated daily, the are programed to identity most of the internet threats and virus..If we care about the warnings, nothing is happening harm to our computers. When we start to avoid those warnings, within a week or even in a less period, the system start to malfunction..Some time, I have even struggles to shut down the system. It will simply hang and nothing can be done with it. I have removed the battery many times from the system to bring it to off mode.As I used to avoid those warnings, this has happened many times.Caring those warnings is not possible for those who are active in the online money making sites. Most of the sites are blocked by the anti virus software..Then how to earn something, if we follow the instructions? I feel formatting is better than loosing the earnings. Thanks for your response.

Yes, although sometimes it is very irritating to get notifications when you are using a legitimate software.

If we follow the instructions given by the anti virus software, then nothing will happen harm to our computer.. I tested this many times..If we ignore the warnings, then the system start to work improperly very soon.It is not possible for the online money making website members to follow the warnings always. If we do so, then we have to avoid almost all of the websites and we can not earn anything from them..It seems the anti virus software vendor are writing the programs only against the online money making sites, at first..Most of the sites are blocked by the many of the anti virus software. We are not able to give exceptions also, as the number of sites we are visiting is different and more in a day..For this I am using one separate laptop and I will not use this laptop for my personal works..Thanks for your response to this discussion

Hmm...if I were to enter a particular site that has some malicious codes, the site window would automatically go all white then my anti-virus window would appear with the warning. So, I would just close it.
But before, when I was still using a cheap old laptop, I would force my way in if that particular site interested me and to hell with the virus or whatsoever that's in there. In effect, that laptop busted after a few months afterward...lolz!

I always take the warning very seriously, because most of the time I have found that the given warnings are genuine. I have installed the antivirus program just because I trust it fully, so there is no question of neglecting their messages. Probably it would be great stupidity if I do not care and let any attack come in to my computer.

Yes, of course. I really care the warnings raised by the anti-virus software.
Generally speaking, a warning raised by the sucurity software often means that there are some unknown threats or viruses here. When meeting such a situation every time, I will do just following the suggestion of anti-virus software, which is really important to protect our computers from most viruses and threats.
If the warnings are neglected, some threats may do harm to our computers.

I was also following those warnings and instructions once. When I started to active in the online money making sites, I was not able to follow these warnings. Because these anti virus software are blocking many of the online money making sites. We are not able to enter into the sites , where there is a possibility of making little money .Just to earn few cents, I started to avoid the warnings..Of course , I have to format the system very often because of the virus and other internet threats available with the online sites..Fortunately, I have other systems also for our personal works. I have allocated one laptop, especially for my online activities..Thanks for your response to this discussion.

just do what the AV says. i won't take risk since identity theft is common on the internet. it would still be appropriate of following your AV warning because if not then you should have not put your AV in the first place.right?.its juts gonna cause you too much headache once your system and identity has been compromised.

If we follow the warning messages of the anti virus software, nothing is happened to our system and it is working fine..When ever we avoid those warnings, within a week, the system, start to hand or malfunction and finally it leads to the formatting of the system. I have tested and formatted my system many times because of this. As I am active in many online money making sites, I am not able to follow the warnings of the anti virus software..If avoid entering into such sites as warned by the software, I am not able to earn even the few cents with the sites..I am using a separate laptop for my online activities, in which I will not have any valuable data..and also I will be ready to format the system at any moment..I have formatted the system in uncountable times..Thanks for your response to this discussion.
