New to Mylot

Hello, icediablo69....and welcome to my lot. Yes you can make some money here if you put the time in everyday, you will not get rich but you will have some fun. The best thing to do is read the rules, so you do not break any of them. You get paid for every post you make either starting or responding to someone Else's. always try to add as much content as you can. and if you start a discussion try to reply to every one that responds to you that way you can try to get a discussion going. You can also add pictures to your discussions for a little extra. Their is also a task section that you can earn from also. Im a 53 Year Old lady....and i live in Tennessee. have 8 children 11 Grandchildren, and am happily married to a wonderful man. I love the old time rock and roll, and country music.

Hi ice! I'm also new here, although I registered almost a year ago I've started to be active for the last 5 days, and you could really earn something here, not only for an extra income but a lot of good topics and a lot of members are very active and replies to the discussions very smartly. To earn you have 5 ways: start discussions, post replies, upload photos, doing task, and doing referral (which is a good passive way to earn, if they are active). Happy mylotting.

WELCOME!! I don't really have too many tips for you. I was going to say what I tell ALL newbies - try to spell correctly and write substantial discussions/responses, but it looks like you've taken care of that (at least from what I can see from this discussion). You can find some interesting & helpful informational links on the bottom of this page - you might want to take time to look at the "discussions", "earnings", and "guidelines" tabs in particular. Otherwise, there isn't really all that much to it. Add some interests, spice up your profile a little bit (maybe add a picture? pictures always seem to add a little personality to your profile.. & make you more "approachable"!) and be wary of spammers. I have to mention that last part because that's something that I "fell" for when I first joined..back in February. Almost a year ago. I accepted EVERY friend request that I received just because I thought "well.. I feel special!" but a lot of them ended up flooding out my MyLot "inbox" with their referral links. So definitely be wary of who you add as friends! (Not that you can't delete them later on, but it's a hassle). Anyway good luck!

I'm new to this as well. It looks like a good site though, everyone seems very friendly and I am enjoying exploring the site. I'm Sarah and 30 years old, a teacher in the UK. Could anyone tell me how to post a photo as a profile picture though? I am being a bit thick and can't seem to do it, I can only add photos generally so must be doing something wrong and can't find the answer in FAQ.

Mylot is a very good site to invest time in order to earn money as well as have some fun. I really like this site.I had a 2 month break from the site due to some personal problems. But all that is now solved and I am back to this site. I am really addicted to this site. There are many senior members here who have been here since the start of Mylot. They can help you with the tips and suggestions to earn more and get the most out of this site. However,once I stumbled on to the profile of a user who was actually involved with the mylot administration.This member started quite a few discussions in order to help the other members understand the site and the way it works. http://www.mylot.com/Crash Check out this link. Try to give your discussions, responses, and comments in not less than 3 lines. Try to start a new discussion of a substance. That is what I am doing and earning decently

The ways i know to earn more money are: 1?Make your comments long enough; 2?Post comments as much as possible; 3?Make more friends here, they will support you; 4?Refer more friends; Those are all i know.
