How people can get away with just about anything.....

Recently my husband and I wanted to get custody of his kids. Since then the focus has been taken off the custody and his ex wife has bombarded him with owing her money he has already paid. Thing is, in my research for all of this I discovered she commited provincial fraud. Ontop of this two years ago it landed in my lap that she commited federal fraud and when I filed a complaint,they told her to prove that she didnt have a commonlaw (she claimed single mom of 3 kids yet the father of the youngest lives with her) and somehow she managed to prove he didnt. Recently, she took my husband to maintenance and swore under oath that he hasnt paid a cent in child day care fees yet when we went there today, with proof he has, they dont care she commited pergury all they care about is him paying them. Now we have to take her to court. I want to know WHY is it that rotten people like her get away with everything short of murder and yet hardworking loyal people like my husband end up with the short end of the stick? Anyone else feel like this?

i have no idea how some get away with it like that.they must now somebody. i lived in an apartment complex where the guy 2 down from me was abusing his son-to the point of burning his hand on the stove-everyone in the complex reported him,nothing was done,and he'd get drunk too. the guy one down from from me,on the other hand was reported by a malicious ex girlfriend who tried to destroy his current relationship,saying they smoked pot around his kid (they didn't)and let me tell you they were there every other day with a urine test. everytime i saw that CPS worker i'd ask her when the h*ll they were going to save that child 2 down.

its unreal what they get away with. I really wish it would stop. It makes me wonder what the world seriously is coming to. It also makes me wonder WHEN people like that are gonna get what is coming to them.

exactly. makes me wish strongly for hell in the afterlife. at least that way sooner or later they'll get it.
