Are you hiding a secret from your spouse?

Sometimes we thought that our marriage life is perfect as it is.But there is some percentage of the relationship that is not totaly 100% commited each other.We have at least one percent that we still have to give up in order to make it complete and this is our hidden secrets.

I am not hiding any serious secret from my spouse. Mine is a different case because we were in love before marriage. I don't think that a relationship is happy or there is complete fullfillment only when you share all the secrets. I think it is not advisible to share secrets which hurt each other or make a good relationship worse.
