How to learn English well?

It took me more than ten years to study English,but my English is poor,according to my current English ability I controlled,I found that it's difficult for me to communicate with others,so please let me know how to learn English well,thank you very much!

My english also is poor,hehe.Here is a good place to exercise English,to be retained.

Hey, dance24, easy! just persist in practicing English, don't give up. Personally, it's better to refer to online dictionaries, for instance Cambridge Dictionary Online or other English dictionaries. Rember: never resort to use dictionaries with Chinese characters. This practice can change your form of thinking and render you understand accurately English context. Also never creat your own words or grammar unless they are from official citation.
This is for writing parts, for listening practice, watching movie or listening music leisurely is a good idea. Of course, just enjoy it instead of learning passively and tediously, you can benefit a lot.
