rent house or buy house?

now in city buy a new house is not easy,must spend much money.someone must work twenty years for a new house.rent house may be more cheap.
dear friend,which city are you in? do you rent house or buy house? do you think which is reasonable?

From where I stand, buying a house is a smarter financial decision other than renting one.
Home ownership is the greatest dreams of all people. People often say that the earlier you get in the game, the quicker you can get that appreciation working for you. However, the longer you wait well, the consequences can be stiff. For the long run, to buy a house is a better choice.
Maybe it is really difficult for you to buy a house, but I advise you to buy one all the same.

renting house ... means at some point of time ..you will be paying more money with which you could have bought a home ... so better get a loan and buy ahouse ...cheers \m/

In our city there some ways we could buy houses, some are cheep some are not. These depends on the location, the land area, the style of the house and some other things. But now a days there are ways to own a house in much cheaper way. Which is known as rest to own.
Their are housing projects the bank and the government offers. You can avail to that. It is just like you are renting the house but it is actually renting to own it. When you are done paying the whole amount the title will be given to you.
