Problem in open my DVD writer door (tray).

My Sony DVD writer and I face problem to open my DVD writer door (tray). Please give me some suggestion to fix it.

You still can't open it? What is your writer laptop, desktop, usb? You can open the unit by unscrewing it (dessktop and usb type writer) and try to fix the problem. About the laptop type...try replacing it with the new one. This type is quite sensitive and complicated.

It is a problem with Dvd writers hardware and dont use pin to open its tray always.
It occurred by malfunctioning of a rubber band in dvd writer . replace it correctly by a new one . so you can check it any hardware mechanic , he will remove this problem.
So now you can go for mechanic and use button to open tray not as use a pin...
