Last 2 months my sisters and my parents got flu we suspected that it might be H1N1 they recovered right away except for my mother her asthma got worst. She's been sick for 10 days. I'm lucky because I'm not been infected by them I'm the one who assist them. Here in our country H1N1 is not the priority because of the flood many got leptospirosis and it is alarming. The infected are increasing.

Hi vincyk... from which country are you?
My student had a H1N1 during the spread of it in our cantry. After the was found out that he was inficted, other 10 student's were already having fever too which means that they also got the virus.
It is just pretty simple to avoid having one. Just be careful with your daiely diet, complete vitamins, regular excercise, good healthy food and hygene, always wash your hand.

Awww, thank you for the well wishes. Unfortunately my nephew has been tested positive for the H1N1 flu. What scared me about this is not just that he is sick, but my son went to his grandma's this weekend and before he got there, my nephew had been there visiting and went home. My son was exposed to whatever my nephew had touch and been around. We didn't find out until Tuesday morning, meaning that there had been at least 4 days of exposure until they found out. I have been watching him as close as I can and been sanitizing the house as I go. My Beau is a diabetic and gets sick really easy. I have to keep an eye out. Keep praying that we are alright!!

Yes, nowadays, I have met such a bad situation too.
After the national day, as most students return to school after the vacation, the H1N1 is spreading unchecked gradually. Here in my school, students who are higher than 37c will be sent to hospital and be under guardianship. Yesterday, one of my classmate was sent to the hospital for his body temperature was higher than 37c.
Good luck!
