What is your greatest regret?

All of us have gone through all kinds of experiences. I am sure that each one of us have some regrets through life's journey. Some regrets are minor and some stays concrete because of various reasons.
What is your biggest regret today?

My greatest regret in life was turning down my friend's offer to go with her in Australia. Maybe if I did, I won't be wondering what if I went with my friend and work there like she is now, successful and enjoying life with her hard earned money. Not like this that I was trying hard to make money to live.

I can imagine this regret of yours. I supposed that had been one of mine too. I had an opportunity to live in the US but did not do something about it. Well, years have passed by so fast, the regret still lingers on.
