Do you believe in fairies?

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was shown photographs that two girls claimed they took near a stream. In it were figures that seemed to be fairies. Amazingly, he believed that the fairies in the photographs were for real.
Even at a time when Spiritualism was popular, a lot of people were incredulous. The thought that the man who had created the character of the skeptical and cunning Sherlock Holmes, would be so gullible was, pardon the pun, unbelievable! Added to that was the fact that he was also a medical doctor.
In our time, now, today: a lot of images, including photographs can be so manipulated to look real. How many emailed ghosts have we received? Recorded spirit orbs? Given these facts, would you still believe n fairies? To add a little embellishment to this discussion, I am attaching a drawing of a fairy I once did a long time ago.

I believe in a lot of wonderful things, like Love and God. It would not be a surprise if I find myself believing in fairies too. I have felt Love and seen the wonder of God's creation. I still have to feel the presence of a fairy though. Perhaps one day, then I'll believe.

well as you know fairies dont exist in this world, there is no proof that proves it also just a mythical thing that is just got up by stories that formed to something called fairies but it would be good if there is one.anyway i dont belive in one as long as i dont see one, anyway children's likes it too thinking fairies will protect them and they would play with them, anyway it just a tales though even as a kid myself used to believe there in magic in this world.

There may be magic still, perhaps it is our refusal to believe that closes our hearts and minds. That is why we do not see. Then perhaps they were just myths from long ago to help guide us to adulthood.

LOL, indeed everyone young enough would like to think that such tales are true. There was just a time that people explained things and events that were difficult to understand through folktales.
