How to find and get amazing facts for writing a novel !

I am about to write a novel , and for writing one you need astounding ground breaking facts which makes the reader captivated till its finished . But i dont know where to find these facts , please if any one can tell me where to find such amazing facts .

These astounding ground breaking facts can be found through newspapers or books or even articles on wikipedia or movies. But around these you have to consider the theme of your book and even ask a few friends or other persons if they were to read the kind of book (romance, adventure, thriller etc) what would they want or like to read about. Writing a book without a solid base of information is kind of zero no matter how much imagination you have.

That is a really great question i am an upcoming writer as well and it depends on what type of novel you are writing and by that i mean what is the genre and you should know more about your characters like how they dress? what don't they like?how do they feel when they are home? etc. and location if you have a location search facts about it.are there favorite places you like with your location that way you can have a scene there.....i hoped i helped please don't hesitate to ask me more about writing tips and what not..... happy mylotting!

Yeah but facts like a silenced pistol makes a lot of noises and not like how they show in movies . How do v know it , unless we read frederick forsyth

You can probably find these facts anywhere, whether in newspapers, in the world around you, online, and so many other places. There are so many places that can bring some interesting facts for a book.
