How much do I need to eat a day?

Well I am completely unsure as to how many calories/fat/sugar I need a day when I am just lying down in bed all day because of illness. This means almost no movement all day and no energy is needed for concentration etc.
Granted this means I am also too ill to make food and things so I will generally not really eat all day.
Also when I am asleep all day and all night what is appropriate to eat then? How many calories are needed just from sleeping?
I am a 20 year old woman with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome by the way!

you should eat about 2/3 servings of meat or poultry a day ,2/4 servings of fruit ,6/11 servings of bread cereal rice and pasta , 3/5 servings of vegtables, 2/3 servings of milk yourgert and cheese and lat of not least a couple piceases of swets and do that at least once a day!
