What's Your Favorite Teleserye?

I was watching a teleserye last night "Dahil May Isang Ikaw" (Because There's Only You). Last night's episode has become so exciting and revealing that the lead cast Gabby Concepcion finally learned that he had a child with Lorna Tolentino. Of course, it was Lorna who told him. After all those years, after being separated from each other and now living both separate lives, they've learned the truth. Then Gabby said to her adopted daughter, Kristine Hermosa what he found out that if he had known the truth about her then-girlfriend was pregnant with him, he would have fight for their love and stood by her despite everything....Come to think of it, why teleserye like this affects us Filipinos? Why teleserye makes people go crazy following them? Maybe because, I am mushy and it's simple things like this that makes my life lighter against odd times..
How about you? Are you an avid fan of a soap opera or teleserye? Are you too, mushy like most Filipinos?

I am mushy but I am not a teleserye fan. My daughter is rooting for Stairway To Heaven. Said Rhian Ramos may not be very pretty but she's intelligent for an actress. As for Gabby Concepcion, you might not like what I would say but he doesn't entice me any longer. It's the character of the actor or the celebrity that brings me to like a personality. Gabby had his chance a long time ago.

I am neither a fan of Gabby Concepcion or Rhian Ramos. My wife actually loves the teleserye Dahil May Isang Ikaw and she goes gaga with Jericho Rosales. Maybe you're right. Gabby had his time and it's time for newcomers t shine. But I'd like to believe that it's the storyline and portrayal of the actors entices people to watch teleserye, that is if you are not a movie fan of anyone. That's how I understood my wife. She is so into the characters of this teleserye and really enjoys watching it..
