How do you manage stress and tension?

Hi all In day to day life,we came across various stress. How you cope up with them.what you do to make you happy. For me..I go for shopping,it surely lifts me up!! or I talk to my close friend..

it is nice to have someone to talk with when you are stressed and tense. i talk to my wife and soon i will find myself laughing with her. we drink coffee together and we talk to slow down my heart rate for sometimes i am outraged. my ps2 games help me also with the stress and tension i feel. i play WWE and i kick and hit someone on the game than hitting person i fell angry at. a hug from my son tops it all.

Its very nice to hear that talking to your wife relieve you.its really nice to share your ups and down with your partner.its good that you pour out all your frustration on games ..very good tip!

I go shopping... I think that is what most every girl do as relaxation. Or sometimes I watch a movie on DVD, a very good movie, something romantic or something funny. There are also times that I do gardening to release my stress.

Like me..shopping is a great idea but when yo are short of budget,window shopping do help.gardening do help in stress management.As when we see small sapling growing it gives freshness to our life.

I pray. Jesus is my best friend and He calms me down every time. It's sort of like meditation, but with Center to it. I don't know how people get along without Him in this world.

Actually,sometimes we didn't know that we was in stress so,I think good when we know that we stress and need something to manage it.Usually,I was think well about my problrm and if I know that I need to talk it with someone who could help me,I'll talk and try to do something that I like.That's all.

Hi friend talking to a friend or to someone who is very close to you can reallu boost you and lift your saggy mood.. i also do the same when I am low at various phase in my life. good luck and happy mylotting!!

I always stress myself to the MAX,and i started being so paranoid which is really bad. So all the while after class i will go to gym and continuously joined few class in the row and get along friends at there, Which is really make me felt better and motivation. Mostly ppls at the gym are friendly all the topic we talked bout very positive. Another way to released my stress is i EAT =.=! Having some nice foods can make happy. =)
