Brain Drain

Out of ideas - Out of ideas to think. Nothing to write. All blank.

What's up myLotters? I'm here for a month now and I don't feel good. I can't think of a good discussion to make and I can't find a good discussion to respond to. Ahg.. I never thought it's this brain draining. I hope I can refresh myself and regain beautiful insights to share. How about you? Have you been in a situation like mine? Do you run out of words or ideas too?

hello shadow! yes it does happen to me...and sometimes, even i have something on my mind that i want to write, i just can't find the right words to use & can't put up a sentence for it & ended up not writing anything... that's why i haven't started a discussion for quite sometime & what i just do is respond/comment back to my friend's discussions as well as to my old discussions... we just get tired & our brain needs some rest also... and when i feel tired & looks like having this brain drain...i just read on discussions and sometimes i just go to facebook & play! haha for a change...and after a while i can do good again...

hehe...yes its frustrating & sometimes even annoying...haha and ask ourselves...why! why they post it...haha but anyway, you can always respond to their discussions & just share your thoughts there, since you also have same idea on your mind... just enjoy & have fun...hehe

Hi. Me too. I can't find the right words to say and then I end up giving up. It's really draining to always find a good discussion to start. I have many ideas or thoughts that I want to discuss with only to find out that someone has already posted same with my idea. It's frustrating. Anyway thanks for responding here. It helped me find some words to say. :) shadow41

Ahaha. That's exactly what I do. Sometimes it looked like I was the owner of the discussion for I comment back on most of the responses. :p shadow41

Hi Shadow, I entered this box expecting to see a discussion regarding the usual use of the term 'brain drain' which is the migration of the educated to foreign shores for better opportunities and wages. As you say you are currently uninspired let me offer that to you as an interesting topic for a discussion. It is never good to post a discussion which one has to ponder and think about in advance, when you hava an original thougth just pop it down then as a discussion.

Hi thea. I'm sorry to mislead you with the title I choose. I knew from the start that it's really misleading. :p But I'm glad that you still responded. I think you're right. I'm uninspired for the moment. Thanks for the offer thea and also for the advice. I appreciate it. :) shadow41

I usually spend 8 hours on mylot, and in most cases I can't respond to a discussion not because it's not a good discussion but I just don't have anything good to say, sometimes I feel the discussion is too good for me LOL. Cheers!

Hahaha. That's so true. There were also times when I don't know the answer of the discussions being posted. And in those we wait til a new discussion comes out but only to be disappointed for we don't know what to answer again. And then there comes boredom. :p shadow41

Hi shadow, It's normal to feel that way. I wouldn't consider that brain drain though. There are times that we need to relax, and recharge ourselves so that we will be up and about again. Its that easy, when you feel like that, it's better to rest or do anything you feel like doing and not to force yourself to come up with insights etc. Just enjoy every moment.

Hello jess. You're right. Sometimes we really need to relax or unwind to relieve our mind of stress. And enjoying while working is really the best thing to do in every thing we do whether it be in the world out of internet or here at myLot. Thanks for sharing jess. Happy myLotting to you. shadow41

No I haven't. I'm just new here to mylot. This is a pretty cool site to be with. I get to read lots of peoples' ideas. I only started a discussion once and I have many more to come. I suggest you should lay low or relax your mind and then come here again with loads of ideas.

Yes I can see that your just new here. Welcome pink. I think you're right. I should take a break first. Or maybe not. As for now I'm feeling a lot better. Something good happened and I think I'm back on track. Thanks for the advices anyway. shadow41

Oh yes, there are times that it seems that I cannot think of words to use and discussions to start. You have been here longer than me and you are experiencing that already. I think that one mylot member is correct when he said that there will come a time when you will be tried. You will not feel thrilled anymore unlike when you first started. You feel bored than when you are new with lots of motivation. It may have started with you. I hope I can last here in mylot.

Well I also think he/she is right. I feel tired too. I'm not that motivated like before. I'm for a month and earned 8 dollars only. There's a day that I spend almost 14 hours myLotting and I earned very little. Well I also enjoyed the discussions but I'm out of words or ideas now. Hmmmm... I need to refresh. I hope we can both last long here. :) shadow41

Hello. Yes so did I. When I run out of ideas to start a discussion with I just find some discussions to respond or comment. But now I can't find a discussion that's good for me or interests me. Well you can really learn some things here. Thank you for dropping by hazelrose. shadow41

Hmmmm... I guess so. It's not easy as I thought it would be. You can really enjoy and find your time worth in here if you've got many active referrals. You will be motivated to post more with that. Or an increase in earning credits will do. I hope they will. :) shadow41
