if you look at their terms, it's written:-
All members from the following countries must purchase a membership in order to be able to cashout. If you are a member from any of these countries and you attempt to cashout without purchasing a membership, your account will be deleted.
Countries
-- China
-- Taiwan
-- Hong Kong
-- Philippines
-- Malaysia
-- Thailand
-- Korea
-- Indonesia
-- Singapore
-- Vietnam
when i read about this policy, i already earned $0.04 by clicking in it. so i quickly stopped clicking there because my country is in the list & i am not interested to purchase a membership there.
but to my surprise, today i received $0.04 in my paypal from them. what about their member country policy?

if you already have earnings in your account (at least $0.01), you don't delete your account, just leave it there & you might receive your payment too.

if you are not belong to those countries, then you should become a member of that site. they pay you even if you have only $0.01 in your account. there are lots of people received payments from them already.

i had initially joined this site. but after some time i was not able to log-in. i simply got a message that the username does not exist. so i had to abandon this site. and now you mention of non adherence to terms. seems that the admin has little experience. i would suggest not to make any investment in this site and be content with your current earnings only....good luck.

it must be due to the fact that some countries don't have paypal..or some countries are black listed due to cheating etc..but purchasing membership may be due to knowing how the money will do to them..means what way they are going to use for payment..so the same way they can pay u back.....it can also be to determine that the people are not cheaters...and have real interest in earning...may be anything..but my personal thinking is that cheaters are not only in one country there are different kinds of people at different countries so cant put label of cheater on any country.....if it is to determine the way of payment then its ok....i like the site for its honest payments..the only thing i can complain about it...is no replies to your queries..if u ask any question to support..there is no help from them....anyway keep enjoying earning

yes, you are right & i agree with you on your points about the site. i think they don't reply maybe because there are too many enquiries daily & they are lack of support team. anyway what's important is that they pay.

I know that most of the program admins do not like to restrict the membership of the many good citizens of those countries, but are forced to because of bad actions of a few, so maybe the admin overlooked it -- or maybe it was an oversight. Or maybe it was a random payout. All those rules are hard to follow if one belongs to many sites ;-)

i agree with you, drannhh. there's also another possibility. maybe they started out paying all their members (including members from those countries).
later as they grow in their number of members, they will make compulsory for members from those countries to purchase a membership for a payout.

so we should really read their terms before joining a new program. otherwise we might ended up unpaid for all the effort we have put in. also, on their side they have the rights not to pay.

that's weird right? but maybe now as they just started out, they need more members so they pay members of all countries. but as they grow in numbers, i think the rules will be made compulsory then.
