An interesting thing happened recently. My boss has always been enjoyed much meal in the past, but recently he became a vegetarian after he saw one research report about Chinese food and health relationship. He believes vegetarianism is more healthier. I don't think so, though I like vegetable and don't have much meal everyday, I don't fully refuse meal, and food diversity is important for our health. What's your thought about vegetarian?

its not bad to become a vegetarian, i am not but know lots of friends who are, being vegetarian is a choice be an indivitual depending their own point of veiw. it is healty to be a vegetarian if you know the right vegtables that you need to take to give you the complete diet you need, now a days there are foods that are imitations of chicken, pork and beef but it is actually made out of vegtables, this makes it easy for those who wants to switch to this diet and still getting the right suppliment the previously got from the real meats. with proper monitoring and knowledge of what vegetarian food to take the person can maitain a healty living life style.

Good comment! it seems you know much about vegetarian. Because usually less energy is contained in vegetable comparing to meat, so I guess more food should be eaten to get enough energy to support the body, don't know whether it's true.

i don't know how to think, because i eat a lot of meat, every kind of meat, i like horse, pig, cow, and others. Maybe vegetarians don't like to eat something that comes from an animal, or maybe they think that it's orrible to eat an animal because they're not born to be eat by humans. A person can live without meat, so if they don't want to eat it, there are no problems.
