2010 Poll Automation: Success or Failure?

The COMELEC had already given the go signal for the poll automation of the 2010 elections. Do you think it would actually lessen dagdag-bawas scheme of the politicians? I remembered earlier that the administration was giving a reward for someone who could hack into their system. But, what if this someone that they were looking for was found first by politicians aiming for gold in the 2010 elections.

I guess with automation, cheaters will spend less because in poll automation there's less human intervention or should I say less accomplice.
