I'm dreaming and hoping for someone to drop dead? Is that so terrible?

I know someone who's death will not be a terrible loss in this earth and now I'm thinking how wonderful it is for her to disappear? Is that so bad? She is a kind of person who was given a relatively small amount of authority which can affect people nonetheless. And now she is using that to make people miserable. I know she doesn't have that much effect on me since I know where I stand. But I pity the ones who are suffering miserably because of her presence. So is it wrong for me to wish her to vanish? Just thinking out loud.

just ignore her and live your life. everyone knows someone in their life that they cant stand. but we have to deal with crap like that. so, the best way is to avoid them and ignore them, and let them wallow in their own problems. i wouldnt want to be a part of their lives anyway.

I already ignored her for the longest time since we're from different departments already. It's just that, my previous subordinates who got transferred there are now venting out to me since they feel closer to me. And of course I told them that even though I'm no longer their supervisor, I can always lend them an ear. What frustrates me is that I can only listen but can't really do anything.

ha ha ha ha ha... I have that same dream about different people at different stages of my life. I guess it is normal to hate someone so much that you wished that person would disappear to end the misery that the person is causing. As long as it is a fantasy, and it stays a fantasy, I do not see the harm in it. Agree?

It's not so bad as long as it stays just thoughts. Sometimes people think awful things so it's easier to act civilly when you're interacting with the person. It's like when people rant about their job or their boss. They rant so that, when they're talking to their boss later, they don't call him or her a stupid jerk to their face and then get fired. This is just your way of reducing the stress that is caused by having to be around someone who abuses their authority. Otherwise, you might end up screaming at her in a public place and that would compromise your job (I'm assuming this is a work thing because you mention authority).

Yes it is but Sigmund Freud Says that everyone Thinks like this on a subconcious level As long as you do not act in your desires it does not matter Im hoping there are a few people to burn but Im not going to burn them do you know what i mean
