How to beat my intertia?

First talk about my own interia,i am becoming more of lazy since i come to the univercity,my interia is so intence that it is hard for me do succeed,i am often happy with status,i know ther is a big improvement foy me as long as i work hard,but i often find an excuse for me ,what should i do to cahnge my interita,can you give me some ideas?
