Hello guys and gals
This thought had occurred to me when i read one of the discussions of my friends. i mean, we are active here and participating but we have trouble getting referrals or others who would join under us.
well, i know were here for fun but some really does want referrals. do you think it's possible that they could have add that kind of upgrade instead of the "you know" upgrade. well, as for me, i am not sure since they get screw up when ever they create an upgrade.
What do you think? share your views..
Have a Great Day..

I am on a lot of sites and on some I started over two years ago but I have never bought referrals. I hear so many stories of them being inactive that I prefer to continue trying to find my onw. So far on some sites more than an others I have found several and most are active - but here on myLot none that are active so I wouls not be interested in either buying or renting them here.

When you do it alone you have less to worry about. I guess that if I had active refs I would then be concerned about what they were posting, whether I could respond and so on. At least not having them is a one problem less to worry about

Hello Aunt D. sorry
well, you have quite a reputation here too, i don't it will be convincing to since this is forum site and people here are just for conversations and not merely for money. you ahd been here for a long i guess i should take this as a motivation to do it on my own too. sometimes am like a sheep who get's lost in my way.

Mylot is a unique place which demand people with interest in writing, thinker and social being to have the staying power in mylot otherwise the newbies will go as fast as they come in when they feel the heat of this place. Only those who have surpassed 1000 points next to their names can be said to have confirmed themselves as true breed mylotters. Should mylot have such kind of provisions to rent or buy referrals I am afraid it will only be short-lived referrals and is only a waste of money and the dissatisfied mylotters will start to have tons of complains if the referrals abscond or non performing. The high rate of members turnover only explain that many signed up without really knowing what are expected of them and probably many would have thought that mylot is a good earning site and when they realized they have to squeeze their brain juices for long hours of mylotting with only a few pennies earned at the end of the day, they will definitely fly away. It is therefore better for anyone to get their own referrals as they are answerable to their own sleeping partners. As a solo mylotter, I still get my payout every month without the aid of any referrals though it takes a little hard work to reach the minimum payout but still I enjoy doing what I am doing so do not really feel the pain to reach it.

hello Zhandi,
You have a very good point there, if they end up getting sleep or ghost referrals, they will blame mylot for sure and this will further increase disappointments and grudges on the site. thus, mylot will have less increase of users and more people might discourage others from joining the site.so far, I've been doing a bit of hard work commenting on all discussions myself.

I am fine, with referrals or nothing. I can survive with my own.
I still don't have alerts of your new discussions. There is really something wrong with your account, or mine.

Hello Neildc,
Wow really?! i have already contacted mylot regarding that concern. maybe you haven't turn on my notifications, check it in your friends-list. and turn it on, if it still persist then i should really be worried. i mean what if it affects my pay out or someting when the 15th comes along.well, mylot has a lot of glitches lately, not to mention they have little time for maintenance since
people are active within 24/7.

yes, you have a good idea because my referrals are possibility inactive and I'm very hard to find people who want to join. Maybe renting or buying referrals is not free, we must pay through earnings. I'm not sure, myLot will create this facility.

I like the idea but a thorough planning should be done before implementing such thing. One miscalculation can create a great imbalance and can definitely destroy a stable website. One thing why I think mylot wouldn't consider this idea is because they may lose control of a certain individual's earnings specially those people with 5000 active referrals plus the suggested rented referrals.

Hello Hexeduser22,
that's right, the idea is good but i bet there will be another mylot maintenance
for days and another feature on mylot gets affected by it. i hate it when my
mylot becomes unstable, but i guess they can't afford to make all out repairs
which will irittated some of the users, this is a 24/7 site where almost every
one talks all across the world.

Thats one of the feature of mylot that they never fell in to schemes in which users have to pay then money. They have done everything after a lot of thinking and planning. They are offering what they had to offer, now its users problem to find referrals the way they want. I'm sure mylot will never do anything that could spoil their name.

I think it will not be good for mylot. As you can see, many people I have referred to are not active. So obviously I can not ask them to be active. Its up to them. If mylot would do this, then the referrals you have purchased may not provide the necessary earnings for the one who bought it and eventually we will be blaming mylot. You would not believe it but I have referred close to a hundred referrals already. But only a few them are active.

hello jpso138,
same here, no matter how much i motivate them and talked to them all the time, it doesn't add up to the fact that when they get tired and bored with mylot. that's the time they would leave the site and move on to another interest. just one? is active? well, one is better than zero i supposed. still, you got referrals, and that's good enough

Hello pixeltwister,
well, didn't say they have a rent/buy referrals feature, with regards to the referral link, you should check this link, this is what you used to spread mylot through out the whole internet community. well, you can just follow my advice about making more post and respond to every one's discussion, that will do, have a great day..

Hello Letran,
That's a good idea my dear brother, since my referrals are not working(ugh!!!)
But,since we had to rent or buy..that means,we had to pay and would deduct some $...uhmnn,let me think of it..
Aha,i guess i can survive alone, just like i said,no one among my _nth referrals is active...as if "NO ONE" bwuhuhuhuhu.
But still i am earning...so...i'm fine
