I have a hard time believing that I have no say in what happens to me so fate is an odd thing for me. I think that there are certain things that in your life you are meant to do but what you do to get there and what you do after are up to you :) So cheating fate really doesn't come into play there. I'm weird I know hehe

I don't think you're weird. My believes are pretty much the same.

I was thinking of cheating fate as in Oedipus the King... but Final Destination works as well.
I like your question.

But can you know what's going to happen? And even if you do know what's going to happen... it didn't work so well for Oedipus or Jocasta in "Oedipus Rex" - they both thought they cheated Fate only for it to get them worse in the end.

Good question. If I knew it was going to happen, probably yes.

I do belive that to some extent you are responsible of creating your own fate. You always have a choise and I do not always think that there is fate who decides for you =

No, because I believe we each create our own fate and pave the path to our future.
