Do you know anyone that has had swine flu?

Where i live they are saying over %20 of the kids are out of school with the swine flu. My son got it on Tuesday and has been sick ever since. Now I have it and im sure everyone else in the house is going to get it. Do you know anyone that has the swine flu? What are they doing to help the syptoms or to feel better? I have avoided the anti viral medications because the doctor said it really doesnt help much. Im thinking there must be something out there that is natural that will help to feel better?

Two months ago my husband had a flu of some sort, but the doctor didn't test him for the swine flu because he'd tested many other patients and none of them had come back positive. They did, however, give him a prescription for TamiFlu. More recently, two of the children that are members of our playgroup have been diagnosed with Swine Flu. Luckily, they haven't been around our kids so it did not lead to an epidemic within the local playgroup.

I hope that you get to feeling better. I do not know of anyone that has it yet. I try to keep my system in top shape so i can fight things off like that naturally.

both my daughter and i have had swine flu. she was sicker than i was and ended up going to the drs because of it. i felt better in a week, she had a few breathing issues and missed a few days of school but seemed to feel better after a couple of weeks.
