Would you believe a shoplifter is charging the shopowner with kidnapping after the shop owner and a couple customers chased the shoplifter down, tied him up and put him in a truck until police arrived? The shop owner is also being charged with having a concealed weapon (a box cutter he happened to have in his pocket after opening boxes). The shoplifter has an extensive record but was only given 30 days in a plea-bargain for testifying against the shop owner!

As citizens I belive they did the right thing.
That guy has really know right to press charges on them. If he didnt do what he did they wouldnt of done what they had to do to repamend him.
My brother saw shoplifter at a store one time and went and told someone and they were caught.
