I don't know how many holes and broken windows my son was guilty of. My brother used to kick doors until my mom started making him pay for them.
Me, I write. I can put down on paper my anger. I'm certainly tempted to throw something, but I do it with words.
Putting holes in your walls has to be repaired and is costly. Writing only cost paper and ink.

Well I did lash out at the ex so I can't say everything has been on paper. I jabbed him with my finger. He deserved to be knocked through the wall. I could have used head's wall punching services to punch the ex's head through the wall.

ahhh see thats why its perhaps better to punch the wall rather then take it out on another person.

LMFAO omg yea!! In fact until I got on my meds I had a very violent anger streak in me...It was brutal...these days though like I said I'm medicated which seems to have mellowed me out somewhat at least LOL

Hi Mr. H,
Oh no... i pity the wall LOL. Well, i did it with a chair too. I was so mad then that i smashed and broke a chair. I am a person that is so patient but don't ever push me to the limit because it will be a riot!
