How can Victor recover so quick

I don't follow young and the restless that much but I saw recently that victor had a heart transplant. Wow how people recover so quick I saw today he is planning stratagie with daughter victoria. Only in soap world you can have such a quick recovery and start back where you left off. What do you think.

I could not believe how fast he recovery either but he is Victor Newman so nothing can keep him down for long not even a heart transplant. He is suppose to be going to rehabiltate but you know Victor he has to be in charge all the time.

Well for one thing he is Victor Newman. But of course it is a soap and medical miracles happen all the time: micracle pregnancies when the woman was not supposed to be able to get pregnant(2 on Y&R fairly recently), miracle recoveries from vegetative state comas, miracel cures of cancer, etc.
