I am wondering for all workers out there.. Have you ever take a game and install it to your computer at your office? I know some friends who really like to play a game and place the game in flash disk and then install it in office's computer. Have you seen any of your colleague do that?

yes, we have games in the computers in the office. although we have them installed there, we have the discretion not to use it during office hours. we also have guidelines when to play games. we only get to play games during lunch break and that is for an hour. we play scrabble and tumblebugs. it is played to break monotony and boredom at work.

Really? I like your company very much. I know many companies and all of them are not allowing any game installed in office computer. I think your company has done a great move. It is necessary to find a fun activity during the break, so the employees not feeling bored or stress. Good for you.

I have not installed games in the office computer. But there are already existing games in the computer like the solitaire, hearts, mind sweeper. I ddid solitaire sometimes during break hehe.
And I have installed the Zuma in the office laptop. Why? Because the existing game something about bugs was deleted after the laptop was reformatted. And I and my co-worker needed some games to kill time while out and about in our field. We worked far from the office and stayed in the community for months.

Hi dodyast3!!!
LOL. I will never do that. I have never installed any games to my office computer. We are not allowed to do that and it is actually a ground for termination. Well, I would love to play counter strike or dota during office break...haha..but I could just browse my phone's game instead (i have god of war on my mobile phone..hehe) anyway back to the topic, installing files, documents or software to our office computer may cause huge problem with our system. I cannot sacrifice any lost it may bring with our company. Even if say ..that my flash drive or the site I know is safe, still its not my property...its my company's pc.

Once I have think about it, but it's really risky one. One side, think about playing games will make our jobs undone and the other side it will risk our office document, from all I know sometimes games make our PC error and we have to reinstall it right? it will be Okey when it's our personal PC but if we use office PC then we will lost our entire document. Sure we have backup, but still there is a document to lost.
