Are you good at bargaining? or you just go with the tag price.

I like to bargain, it's fun but I try to be fair and considers the quality of the item. There are times I get real steals. This makes shopping in malls sometimes not attractive. There's no way one can bargain unlike in other shopping centers. cheers!

To ask for a discount in malls is sometimes acceptable but to haggle would be embarassing LOL. Yes, salespeople will be shocked if ever we do that. enjoy!

Yeah it's funny but she did that in one of the appliance center (Abenson) and guess what? she asked for a discount, haggled and we were able to get a refrigerator for 500 less than what was indicated on the price tag. Well, she's got the nerve. Cheers!

yes, i think i am good at that. i know where to shop cheap and where i can make good bargains. some items are the same items sold in malls as in small stores. it only takes a little sacrifice on oneself having to shop in sweat and inconvenience. coming out of these stores with very good bargains but ending up hmmmmmp-smelling. hahaha

Yes, practically, the items are the same and it's only the price that is different. Bargaining is a science and an art. LOL You must be a fan of Divisoria, right. Talking about sacrifice, that's a good place to make sacrifices rubbing shoulders with billions of people hahahaha. Not to mentioned the risk of getting one's wallet snatched. enjoy!

My bargaining power ain't that strong, lol. Most times, I just go with the price tag unless it's a marketplace where things can be bargained for.

I normally stick to the price tag. Because I'm totally not an expert in bargaining. But if I bring my sister or my mom, then I'll let them do the bargain.

I don't really bargain because it's not done here in most stores in the U.S. But I would consider myself a great bargain shopper! I'm always watching the sales AND using coupons. Just tonight I saved $20 in coupons on my groceries. I LOVE finding a good bargain. It makes me feel successful in my shopping.

I understand that in the US things are done differently unlike in many countries in Asia where bargaining is a common practice. Not only in shopping but practically in anything that involves payment. It is not uncommon to find a patient bargaining with his doctor for a good price. LOL enjoy!

Some times you just have to haggle. I just did it yesterday at the store, they only had one pack left and it was open, so I got them to lower the price. Hey every penny right?

I admit tha i am not good at bargaining. I have tried t sometimes, but I didn't do a good job. I have a friend who is very good at bargaining. We have some open markets in my city where we can buy good by bargaining. I like to take my friend who is good at bargaining when I go to those open markets. After bargaining for sometime, I feel bad and give the money they ask for. I feel bad because the people who sell goods in open markets are usually poor.

actually speaking, im not good in bargaining...so i always prefer branded shops to pay the tagged price, because tagged products have suffered all the tax and they are worth of paying the money which they have fixed..people who find it difficult to bargain so without losing much money to shop owners we could go to tagged price showrooms..this will be some what safer.. in my state, i can find more bargaining shops, they will tell very heavy prices in the beginning, we have to bargain very carefully and bring down the price to our comfort and purchase the product ...

That is true. Tag prices in malls are really fixed unlike other shopping centers. I do bargain with some items that I think could still be offered less. But I would just bargain on the fair price that they could still have an income. But there are times that I notice that the price is just right for the item or sometimes the price is much cheaper than the quality of the item, I would not bargain anymore.
