is it possible to get good friends on web?

I have already welcomed you in one of your discussions. I don't think that it is easy but it is certainly possible to find good friends on the Internet. The main problem is that you cannot really trust people even when you meet them in person so let alone on the web. But I have come to know many cases where people meet on the web and finally become friends or get married. So, conclusion is, it is possible to make friends on the web.

hi sarwanever^^;; i have only been active online almost 3months ago and so i have been meeting friends from mylot only and so far i have known some. i cannot say i totally know them but they have been nice and supportive. i don't know how having friends online can have a deeper relationship of friendship which will include trust and honesty but it's not bad to try. just be vigilant of whom you are trusting since you cannot actually see that person and might be just pretending to be some sort of goodie..

possible, YES. easy, NO. theres millions of people hanging around the net. finding a good friend is very possible. and it really depends on you if you want to trust these friends or not. but a little trust would be a good start.. i've have quite a number of good friends whom i only met through the net, most of them i've already met, and i'm pretty sure i can trust most of them with my life..

Yes, I think so, but they might not be friends in the traditional sense, because you may never meet in real life. YOu certainly can meet some romantic partners online and they can become a permanent part of your life.

for me, if you are true, honest and sincere and i think getting or finding good friends on net is not difficult at all. i got true friends on net not only here in the Philippines (which is my country)but also from others countries . we communicate like we've known or see each other personally.
