I Love My Meat Thermometer

About two years ago I got a digital meat thermometer for Christmas. It has really taken the guess work out of cooking meat. I no longer have to worry that I am serving uncooked or overcooked meat to my family.
I don't really have a question for this discussion, I just wanted to share my love of my meat thermometer with others. Feel free to comment if you love your meat thermometer too.

They are really great to have. We made turducken one time and I don't know what we would have done with out our meat thermometer it was so thick and it was hard to tell if it was cooked just by looking at and we didn't want to pick at it because it would have ruined it so the meat thermometer was a great help. It is always a great help on Thanksgiving too.
