Sometimes yes, especially when I'm not able to do what I want, and so I angry with myself and I feel very sad and depressed but I always try to give up even if sometimes is very difficult

I don't think so. Sure, there are times when you want to give up on it, but there are also times when you feel lucky to be alive. So, as one said, there isn't a year without rains and storms. It's lust part of the nature.
