I donĀ“t know but I think some people are allergic to one thing or another. As for me, I do not have these flu shots even if in my country they are free for people my age. I prefer to ask my body to take care of itself. Good food and clothes suited for the temperature will boot your immune system plus trying to lead a happy life.
Have a good day!

It is not easy to say anything for sure, but I got a message from a source that I believe is reliable. It says that one sort of vaccine uses mercury as preservative and that is very dangerous, could cause damage in brain cells, especially for unborn children.
I started a discussion about this subject earlier today and you are welcome to comment the video there:

I am going to boost my immunity with natural food supplements and garlic and healthy food and enough sleep - also fresh air is important, the oxygen can kill any virus on this earth.
If you check the site of www.gnld.com - you will find great food supplements that keep you full of energy and helps to avoid getting sick.

Just like with everything else different people react differently to different things. So i would say that the flu shot can kill, or make some people ill from it.and then again it can help some people out. so you just have to take your chances if you decide to get one.
