I am the member of many on line survey sites..While taking surveys, many times, I had been asked about the my membership with the social networking sites..They used to have lot of sites to select like myspace, facebook ect,.,..But was not able to see even a single survey site mentioning the name of the mylot..Why ? Is there any criteria like alex rank, lot of traffic or page rank etc, to decide? I think this is the only site having more members.Even then we are not recognized as the social networking site ...What is the reason for that?

i really don't know why, and when ever i try to introduce this site to the public on other social networking sites it doesn't seem to add up, and only only a few would join in. am glad that one has remained out of two that joined under me. so far, he's doing other offers from fellow mylot users like making banners. how i wish they would recognized mylot as the best social networking site

I also belong to a few survey sites and I agree that we never see myLot listed, although we do often have an "other" check that we can fill in.
Why isn't myLot listed? Firstly, I'm not sure myLot IS a social networking site, even though we feel it is. Strictly speaking it would be a mixture of a few things, the least of which would be social networking.
Secondly, if myLot was a social networking site, it would be considered VERY small. MyLot has only 188,000 members. Yuwie has about 900,000 and it is not included. I don't know for sure, but I believe Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and others each have a large number of millions of members.
Regardless of myLot being included or not, I believe myLot is tops and do NOT want to be associated with Facebook or any of the other "big" ones.

Well maybe mylot is not at all a social networking site, who knows mylot has different intention so far i have never felt mylot a networking site, posting discussions and responding alone does not make a site interactive as a social networking site,it need more than an interaction to communicate like there is no chat room like a social network site.or perhaps this site may not even be categorized on any basis.

I am not sure of the needs for a site to be categorized a social networking site.Still we are able to communicate with the other members via Personal messages, discussion boards etc.,They may even consider our payment system as like a disqualifying factor to list as a social networking sites. But among the online earners, it is no doubt that it has its own place.Because, the online earners who enter into the online industry is finding mylot as the best source for identifying the trusted sites as well as the scam sites. Thanks for your response.
