I am wondering why is it hard to get 50+ responses in a single discussion. myLot has nearly 200,000 members so what hinders other to response in a discussion.

Hi, Marky. Not all discussions i posted are successful. Some of the topic I posted got below 10 responses and worst was "0", the one I accidentally posted more than twice(that was the time when mylot system was down). But, my highest is 84 responses and still counting. I hope I could reach at least 100. I think it all depends on the mood.
How about you?

wow that's a lot. The highest response I got was 24 and I thinks that's it for that post., You might reach the 100 mark. keep it up.

maybe because of the friends I have, they are quite active here. Every time you post a new discussion try to add those people who participated in your topic, they help a lot every time you have a new one. Make friends with them and participate also with their discussion.

Welcome to mylot. As you can well imagine, the number of responses depends on many things. First, your post has to be interesing. As you are new here, you can learn about the site responding to posts first. Don´t forget to read the rules of the site: they will help you.
As you make more friends, there´s more chances that you will have your posts responded by many people. But mylot will not pay you more if you get many responses: that money goes to the mylotter who rtesponded. But you can earn by commenting each response. There, too, the site will not pay you for comments such as "thanks for sharing". The idea is to start a conversation. Anyway, 50 or more responses is a lot. Very few posts reach that much.
Happy posting!

I have seen a lot of members who had more than 50 responses. Some of my friends are getting such numbers. For me, I think it's because I am new and my discussions are not that much interesting for many. I will be patient. I believe that one of these days, I can also get a good number of responses. By the way, I was informed by my friend learn2earn that we don't need many responses to earn from our discussions. Therefore, we don't need to fret and frown.

I've only ever written like, 4 discussions or something like that... and I think I've only had 2 or 3 responses at the most.
Which discussions I reply to, however, take no more than a second to decide on. It needs to be something I can either think of a response for right away or it REALLY needs to make me think. Most relationship ones I stay away from... I don't know. Just... I guess it depends on what kind of mood I'm in.
I hope this gets you your 50+ responses you're looking for! Good Luck!

I don't think so...lol. Yeah it's hard to receive so many responses from our discussion. It actually depends on your discussion being posted. If it's interesting then many mylotters would repond...
It's my first time when I received over 100+ responses last time...My topic was just brief yet convincing... Yeah the rest of my discussions received only 10+, 5+...
I hope we could post some more interesting discussions...
Happy mylotting!

Ive started a few discussions even though im a newbie and i havent had that many responses, i think this is due to the fact that what your saying may not be interesting to most people, or they just dont feel like checking it out. If you add friends fomr discussoins that you have posted on and people have commented on you can get them to check out your discussions. Well at least your trying to be social some people come to this site just to make some easy cash, which is why i originally came to this site but i now realize its better to be social. If you concentrate on the social aspect you'll end making good money anyway. Good Luck!
