Why are there many rubbish follow replys in twitter? How to delete them?

I have not gone to my twitter for two months.Yesterday I went, and I found many rubbish follow replys in it, bored ADs reply. I wanted to delete them, but I am not allowed. Why? The bad twitter rule. I went to my twitter set item, but no answer. Can you teach me how should I do? Thanks.

Thanks for your follow invitation. I can't bear my twitter because of rubbish posts. I want to follow you, and at the first I want to delete rubbish posts in my twitter, because my twitter had been filled with rubbish posts. I prepare to give up twitter.

I dont know how. There are so many people saying stupid things on twitter that I would like to learn how to do it also. I dont spend that much time tweeting. It is kind of a waste of time in my opinion. I would rather be on my lot and get paid for it. Even facebook is better because at least you can spend time connecting with peoople.
